Student Council

Scoil Mhuire Girls' NS Student Council comprises two pupils from each of the fifth and sixth classes. These pupils were elected by their peers to represent their class and the school. Last year the Student Council worked to achieve the Amber Flag for the school. They organised many events throughout the year, including a feelings chart in each classroom, a school talent show and events for friendship and wellbeing week.

In October, the Student Council organised the collection of Christmas shoe boxes filled with gifts for Team Hope. You can read more about this event here.

The members of the Student Council 2022-2023 are photographed with Ms Bennis and Mrs Dalton at the launch of the new school website in December 2022.
