Pupils in sixth class have been busy creating beautiful hampers. There is a hamper for each class in the school. The sixth class will raffle off these hampers, and all proceeds will be donated to the Lucan branch of St. Vincent de Paul. Tickets can be bought from Thursday, December 1st.
Our sixth class pupils are delighted to announce the return of our ‘Sale of Work’. The Sale of Work is a long-standing tradition in Scoil Mhuire Girls' NS. This year it will be held on Thursday, 15th December 2022.
It will take place during school hours for our school pupils. On that day, please give your daughter some coins in a purse.
We are kindly asking parents to send in toys, games, books, costumes, soft toys etc. and other appropriate items that we might sell. You may send in items from Thursday, 1st December. The sixth class pupils will collect them from your daughter’s classroom daily. The last day for collecting donated toys, books etc., will be Wednesday, 14th December.
We will also be selling cakes and treats on the day and kindly ask pupils and parents to bake and send in these goods on the morning of the Sale of Work.
All monies raised will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul
